Abstract
The intraoral work of the dentist is fundamentally static and spends much time especially during precise work. The dentist should be seated in the good and balance working posture-relaxed, seated upright, not twisted lean forword slightly from the hip, head tilted forward slightly, upper arm holding close to the body, shoulders and thighs parallel to the floor, feet flat on the floor. These will aid in reducing stress and fatigue in the dental operatory.
