Abstract

The Oral and Maxillofacial surgical patients needs to be taking good care of both physical and mental status before and after surgery as to overcome most of any complications. Obviously, the clinical personels must be very cautious, Understandable and knowlegible in order to be in change and high responsible for the works and the patients. (ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยทางด้านศัลยกรรมช่องปาก และแม็กซิลโลเฟเชียลนั้น จะต้องดูแลทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ เพื่อให้การรักษาดําเนินไปด้วยดี ผู้ป่วยจะได้รับความปลอดภัยจากการผ่าตัดรักษาและเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนน้อยที่สุด เจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาลในหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบทางด้านนี้ จึงจําเป็นจะต้องมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในเรื่องการดูแลผู้ป่วยทั้งก่อนและหลังผ่าตัดในช่องปากอย่างถูกต้องและแม่นยํานอกเหนือไปจากการผ่าตัดอย่างอื่น ทั่วไป)
