Abstract

There are many methods to treat fracture of mandible such as conservative treatment, wiring, or use rigid internal fixation by plates or screws. Owing to the experience and the suitable selection. This report showed 1 case used lag screw technic for treatment of symphysis fracture of mandible.(กระดูกขากรรไกรล่างหักมีการรักษาได้หลายรูปแบบตั้งแต่การรักษาแบบอนุรักษ์, การใช้ลวดยึด, หรือการรักษาแบบใช้แผ่นโลหะและสกรู ทั้งนี้ขึ้นกับสภาพความเหมาะสมต่าง ๆ ว่าจะใช้วิธีไหน บทรายงานนี้เป็นรายงาน ผู้ป่วย 1 รายที่ใช้ Lag screw เพื่อรักษากระดูกขากรรไกรล่างหักบริเวณsymphysis)
