Oral Lesion Found in Psoriatic Patient(รอยโรคในช่องปากที่พบในผู้ป่วยเรื้อนกวาง)

Abstract

The oral lesion in a psoriatic patient was reported. The clinical appearance of the oral lesion was similar to lichen planus. The histopathological from biopsy specimen of the oral mucosa showed only chronic inflammation. Because of various clinical manifestations and no specific histopathological characteristics of oral psoriasis, so the diagnosis could not be clear. The coexistence of oral lesion in this psoriatic patient may indicate a possible oral psoriasis which is very rare and has never been reported in Thai patient. (รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย ซึ่งมีรอยโรคในช่องปากร่วมกับเรื้อนกวางของผิวหนัง จากลักษณะทางคลินิก ของรอยโรคในช่องปากคล้ายกับไลเคนพลานัส ผลจากการตัดชิ้นเนื้อไปตรวจทางจุลพยาธิวิทยา เป็นเพียง การอักเสบเรื้อรังของเยื่อบุช่องปากเท่านั้น เนื่องจากเรื้อนกวางในช่องปากมีลักษณะทางคลินิกที่แตกต่างกัน หลายรูปแบบและไม่มีลักษณะทางจุลพยาธิวิทยา ดังนั้นการวินิจฉัยจึงไม่สามารถชี้ชัดได้ การเกิดรอยโรคในช่อง ปากร่วมกับเรื้อนกวางในผู้ป่วยรายนี้ อาจแสดงให้เห็นว่าได้พบรอยโรคเรื้อนกวางในช่องปาก ซึ่งพบได้ยากและยังไม่ เคยปรากฏในรายงานผู้ป่วยคนไทยมาก่อน)
