Abstract
The objective of the research was to present dental malocclusion comprising malposition, malalignment and malrelation after unilateral extraction of the mandibular first permanent molar. The sample comprised of 30 study models of the patients (22 female, 8 male) who were extracted the mandibular first permanent molar, molar and canine relationship on the other side was Class I and never have orthodontic treatment. The malocclusion was studied in both arches of the extraction side . The result indicated that the extraction of the mandibular first permanent molar without dental prosthesis had important impact on dental malocclusion of the neighbouring teeth. Thus extraction of the mandibular first permanent molar should perform in a suitable case with effective treatment for prevention of malocclusion. (วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อรายงานการสบฟันผิดปกติ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ตำแหน่งฟันผิดปกติ การเรียงตัวของฟันผิดปกติ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างฟันบนล่างผิดปกติ ภายหลังการถอนฟันกรามถาวรล่างซี่แรก เพียงซี่เดียว กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยแบบจําลองฟันผู้ป่วย 30 ราย (หญิง 22 ราย ชาย 8 ราย) ซึ่งได้รับการ ถอนฟันกรามถาวรล่างซี่แรกเพียงที่เดียว มีการสบของฟันกรามถาวรซี่แรกและฟันเขี้ยวในด้านที่ไม่ถูกถอนฟัน เป็นประเภทที่ 1 และไม่เคยได้รับการบำบัดทางทันตกรรมจัดฟันมาก่อน ทำการศึกษาการสบฟันผิดปกติ ที่พบในขากรรไกรบนและล่างด้านที่ถูกถอนฟัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่าการถอนฟันกรามถาวรล่างซี่แรกโดยไม่ได้ใส่ฟันทดแทนทำให้เกิดการสบฟันผิดปกติ บริเวณฟันข้างเคียง ดังนั้นการถอนฟันกรามถาวรล่างควรกระทำในรายที่เหมาะสม และมีการรักษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันการสบฟันผิดปกติ)
