Abstract

Four case reports of extraction of partial erupted mandibular third molar by drilling with airmotor and micromotor were performed at the Central Hospital in Bangkok. The result indicated that the princile of performing could reduce stress and strain of the patients.(รายงานผู้ป่วยจํานวน 4 รายในการถอนฟันคุดกรามล่างซี่ที่ 3 ชนิดฟันโผล่พ้นเหงือกบางส่วน โดยวางแผนการตัดฟัน พร้อมกับใช้หัวกรอฟันความเร็วสูงร่วมกับหัวกรอฟันความเร็วธรรมดา พบว่านอกจาก จะทํางานได้รวดเร็วอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพแล้ว ยังลดความกลัวของผู้ป่วยลงอย่างมากด้วย)
