Abstract

A case report deals with combination of restorative works in male psychogenic disorder patient. Natural dentition is severely damaged by sandpaper in which the patient uses to level up occlusal plane. Results are severe attrition and sensitive during function. Various types of restorative works and their sequences in rehabilitating this case is reported.(ผู้ป่วยชายมีสุขภาพจิตผิดปกติ ได้ใช้กระดาษทรายขัดถูฟันถาวรที่เหลืออยู่ในช่องปากทั้งบนและล่าง จนสึกมากทุก ๆ ซี่ ผู้ป่วยเสียวฟันแม้ขณะอยู่เฉย ๆ และจะเสียวมากขึ้นเมื่อดื่มน้ำและบดเคี้ยวอาหาร ได้พิจารณาเลือกฟันปลอมที่เหมาะสมให้ผู้ป่วยอย่างมีขั้นตอน ผู้ป่วยพอใจกับฟันปลอมภายหลังใส่ฟันปลอมแล้วสุขภาพจิตของผู้ป่วยดีขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว)
