Abstract

This report concerns the case of a 41-year-old male patient who had a rare condition of nasolabial cyst on the left side which developed outside the bone in the maxillofacial area under the ala of the nose and distorted left nostril. The patient also had pain on the upper left lateral and canine teeth which was from another cause. Differential diagnosis and treatment were performed. Over a 6-year follow-up period, no recurrence of the lesion had been found.(รายงานผู้ป่วยชายไทยคู่อายุ 41 ปี มีถุงน้ำนาโซเลเบียลซึ่งพบได้น้อย เกิดขึ้นนอกกระดูกขากรรไกร บนด้านหน้าใต้ปีกจมูก บริเวณเหนือปลายรากฟันหน้าบนซ้าย โดยฟัน # 22 และ # 23 มีอาการร่วมด้วยซึ่ง เนื่องมาจากสาเหตุอื่น สามารถทําการวินิจฉัยแยกออกจากโรคอื่นและทําการรักษาได้ จากการติดตามผลเป็น ระยะเวลา 6 ปี พบว่าไม่กลับมาเป็นใหม่อีก)
