Abstract

Objective of research was to study satisfaction of dental assistances, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University. The samples were 37 dental assistances working at Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, who filled out the questionnaire regarding job satisfaction during November 1991. The result indicated that the dental assistances were highly satisfied with job administration, relationship with associates, job security, job progress, and income; and were moderately satisfied with nature of job, circumstances of job and welfare. Result of this study may be applied to improve job condition so that the efficiency of the dental assistances will be increased.(วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาถึงความพึงพอใจของผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์จํานวน 37 คน ซึ่งปฏิบัติงานในคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยการผ่านการตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในงานในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2534 ผลงานวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์มีความพึงพอใจในด้านการบริหารงาน ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ร่วมงาน ความมั่นคงในงาน ความก้าวหน้าในงานและรายได้อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนความพึงพอใจในด้านลักษณะงาน สภาพแวดล้อมในการทํางานและสวัสดิการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนําไปปรับปรุงสภาพการทํางาน เพื่อให้ประสิทธิภาพในการทํางานของผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์เพิ่มขึ้น)
